Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GPFAC (“Global Professionals Footballer’s Agents Center”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the GPFAC app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GPFAC.

2. What GPFAC is — and what it isn’t

GPFAC is a networking platform. It exists to help football players, agents, and scouts find and contact each other.

• We do not guarantee that using GPFAC will lead to representation, a trial, a transfer, or any opportunity.
• While we ask agents to hold a FIFA licence, you are responsible for verifying the identity, credentials, and licence of anyone you deal with before entering any agreement. FIFA maintains a public list of licensed agents — check it.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform.

3. Who can use GPFAC

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile truthful — including your role (player, agent, or scout), credentials, and licence status.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post on GPFAC — your profile, photos, highlight videos, and messages. By posting content, you give us a licence to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the platform (for example, showing your profile to other users). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups.

You promise that you have the right to share what you post — for example, that you own or have permission to use your highlight footage.

5. Rules of conduct

GPFAC works because it’s a professional space. You agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your credentials, or claim a licence you don’t hold
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent
• Harass, exploit, pressure, or scam other users — including fake trials, advance-fee schemes, or requests for payment to “secure” opportunities
• Contact users for purposes unrelated to football networking, or send spam or bulk unsolicited messages outside the features provided
• Scrape, copy, or harvest profiles or contact details, or use the platform to build a competing database
• Interfere with the app’s security or attempt to access data that isn’t yours

You can report any user or content to us at contact@the-gpfac.com. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules — including immediately and without prior warning for serious breaches.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• GPFAC offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Premium, and Business) that unlock additional features. Features and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment terms. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change plan features or pricing; changes to pricing will never apply mid-way through a period you’ve already paid for.

7. Our platform

The GPFAC name, app, design, and code belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the platform evolves; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance.

8. Ending your account

• By you: you can stop using GPFAC and delete your account at any time.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, harm other users, or create legal risk for the platform. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first — but serious breaches (fraud, exploitation, safety risks) result in immediate removal.
• Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period — cancel the subscription with Apple or Google as well.

9. Disclaimers and limits on our responsibility

GPFAC is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for: the actions or promises of other users; any deal, trial, or opportunity that does or doesn’t materialise; loss of profits or opportunities; or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If we are found liable to you, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as GPFAC grows. For significant changes, we’ll notify you in the app before they take effect; continuing to use GPFAC after that means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version always lives at the-gpfac.com/terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local consumer law that these Terms do not take away.
